Moist and juicy pot roast done in a slow cooker with carrots, onion and potatoes.Ingredients | Mongolian Beef Crock Pot Recipes Beef4 pounds chuck roastsalt and pepper to taste1 packet dry onion soup mix1 cup water3 carrots, chopped1 onion, chopped3 potatoes, peeled and cubed1 stalk celery, choppedDirectionsSeason the roast with salt and pepper to taste.
